Moldex 2360 Disposable Respirator Details
Moldex 2360 disposable respirators feature premium 99.97% efficiency against both oil and non oil based particulates. These respirators feature the exclusive Ventex Valve, which releases heat and lowers breathing resistance. Workers stay cooler and better protected with the 2360. These masks have a Dura-Mesh® inner shell that resists collapse from humidity and heat. Each mask lasts longer, so you can use fewer respirators and save more money.
These masks feature an adjustable cloth strap. The respirator adjusts to fit comfortably and hold in place securely. The 2360's Softspun liner is soft to the touch and gentle on the skin. The mask has a contour molded nose with no metal noseband to pinch or slip, and a soft foam nose pad to hold the mask up and in place.
Moldex 2360 Disposable Respirator Applications
Pharmaceutical manufacturing, conventional and nuclear power generation, and environments in which an OSHA substance-specific standard applies (lead, cadmium, arsenic, MDA), as well as welding, cutting, and metal pouring. Note: for use with both oil and non oil based particulates.
Choosing N-, R-, or P-Series Particulate Respirators |
N Series |
R Series |
P Series | About Efficiency
Filter efficiency shows how much filter leakage can be accepted. Higher efficiency means less leakage.
95%, 99%, and 99.97% are the most common filter efficiency ratings. |
Used in particulate environments free of oil aerosols. N-series filters cannot be used if oil particles are present. | Used for oil and non-oil particles with time use limitations specified by NIOSH. If oil particles (e.g., lubricants, cutting fluids, glycerine) are present, use an R- or P-series filter. | Used for oil and non-oil particples with time use limitations specified by manufacturer. If oil particles are present and the filter is to be used for more than one work shift, use only a P-series filter. |
