Moldex 1200 Series Dirt Dawgs® Details
Moldex 1200 Dirt Dawgs® disposable respirators stand up to tough conditions. Their Dura-Mesh® shell makes them more resilient in the face of heat and humidity, and it also stays cleaner-looking longer. The shell won't collapse, letting you use fewer masks, lowering your costs. Even the latex straps are securely attached, resisting common break points at the seal, for better durability. Dirt Dawgs® respirators hold up in demanding conditions where other disposable masks fail.
The more comfortable the mask, the more workers will want to wear it through their entire shift. The Moldex 1200 has no metal noseband to pinch or pressure points to cause pain and fatigue. The interior is also lined with SoftSpun material that is soft and gentle on the skin, making Dirt Dawgs® a breeze to wear through an entire shift.
Dirt Dawgs® particulate respirators provide 95% efficiency in protecting against non-oil based particulate.
Moldex 1200 Dirt Dawgs® Applications
Welding, soldering and brazing, lime, poultry, textiles, polishing, buffing, underground mining, cement, metal machining, stone quarrying, bagging, sweeping, sanding, grinding, and other activities in hot, dusty, and humid environments. Note: for use with non oil based particulates only.

P Series | About Efficiency
Filter efficiency shows how much filter leakage can be accepted. Higher efficiency means less leakage.
95%, 99%, and 99.97% are the most common filter efficiency ratings. |
Used in particulate environments free of oil aerosols. N-series filters cannot be used if oil particles are present. | Used for oil and non-oil particles with time use limitations specified by NIOSH. If oil particles (e.g., lubricants, cutting fluids, glycerine) are present, use an R- or P-series filter. | Used for oil and non-oil particples with time use limitations specified by manufacturer. If oil particles are present and the filter is to be used for more than one work shift, use only a P-series filter. |
