product has been in OK post office for 18 days...blaming everything from covid to holiday traffic.....will not us this service again

Works as expected. And so far no problems like with the previous/old Sahara Dry Ear which slowly discharged the battery (Li-ion-accumulator) even when switched off. Nevertheless I would prefer a built-in accumulator instead of normal batteries. However, NiZn accumulators work fine (voltage even a little bit higher than for normal batteries); with NiMH the air seems not to become warm. The only difficulty was to have it delivered to Germany. First Class Mail International was never delivered (no tracking outside US). The second try with Express Mail International arrived here 9 days after dispatch. Of course, shipment was more expensive than product. But I needed replacement for the old one.

This is my 3rd Mack's Ear Dryer and it is the very best...

This is my 3rd Mack's Ear Dryer and it is the very best. The cordless battery operation only feature eliminated many faults of the older rechargeable models. The old chargers never did last very long. And they often lost power slowly and did not do a very good job after a few months operation. Highly recommend the purchase of this item.
