Moldex 4200, 4201 Airwave N95 Two-Strap Disposable Respirator with Non-Latex Straps (N95) (Case of 80 Masks)
All respirator masks are out of stock.
Due to the ongoing health crisis, all our respirators are sold out. We have no masks for sale. We have no information on when we will have stock again, but we do not anticipate it will be any time soon. Our apologies. We wish you the best in these difficult times.
Moldex 4200 masks are part of the exclusive Moldex AirWave line of high breathability respirators. These masks outperform other unvalved respirators for significantly less with than a valved mask costs. AirWave disposable respirator masks allow you to breathe freely, thanks to "waves" - folds in the mask - that roughly double the filter surface area of the respirator. The Drua-Mesh® lining (another Moldex exclusive) provides protection from outside dirt, while holding its structural integrity in the face of hot, humid conditions. The result is safe, easy breathing.
AirWave masks also provide significantly better cooling capabilities than other unvalved masks, helping to vent the heat from exhalation away. This means AirWave respirators are more comfortable to wear - which, in turn, means the people using the masks are less likely to take them off early and throw them away. Moldex AirWave not only has great breathability - it also lowers costs.
Moldex 4200 respirators provide FlexFit mobility: the masks expand and contract easily, allowing you to move and talk freely. Instead of a metal noseband, which can bend and pinch, Moldex 4200 features a contour-molded nose bridge that keeps it in place comfortably, with a soft foam nose cushion inside. This and the Softspun inner lining make for a superbly comfortable mask.

About Efficiency
Filter efficiency shows how much filter leakage can be accepted. Higher efficiency means less leakage.
95%, 99%, and 99.97% are the most common filter efficiency ratings.
Used in particulate environments free of oil aerosols. N-series filters cannot be used if oil particles are present.
Used for oil and non-oil particles with time use limitations specified by NIOSH. If oil particles (e.g., lubricants, cutting fluids, glycerine) are present, use an R- or P-series filter.
Used for oil and non-oil particples with time use limitations specified by manufacturer. If oil particles are present and the filter is to be used for more than one work shift, use only a P-series filter.
