Qt Conference Room Edition is a pre-packaged sound masking system designed to be installed in and around conference or meeting rooms to make sure private conversations taking place inside remain private.
Qt Conference Room Edition employs the patented direct-field sound masking technology that Cambridge Sound is known for. Emitters installed in the ceiling of the area immediately surrounding the conference room produce a low-level background sound that prevents those walking by or located just outside the conference room from overhearing the conversations taking place inside the room.
Qt Conference Room Edition includes a stylish control panel with simple push button on-off, and normal-low volume settings. The system also includes two lighted privacy status indicator signs. One sign should be located at the entrance to the room, and another inside. At a glance, occupants can see the indicator light telling them that the Qt system is on or off. Each Qt Conference Room Edition also includes 8 emitters which are easily installed in the ceiling surrounding the conference room. The package also includes connecting cables, mounting hardware, and instructions. Qt Conference Room Edition is designed for user-level installation, and all components are plug and play.
