Moldex EZ-ON EZ22 Disposable Respirator Features - Details
Moldex EZ-ON® Particulate Respirators have a single adjustable strap for a quick and easy fit. This single strap has a Flexwing® and a head harness, which together make for a better, more comfortable fit than the standard two strap design. The strap is made of cloth that stays cool, ensuring the entire respirator remains comfortable.
The EZ22 is an unvented respirator, while the EZ23 features a Ventex® Valve. The valved model offers reduced breathing resistance, and helps keep workers even cooler by venting away heat.
Moldex EZ-ON respirators rely on Moldex's Dura-Mesh® shell to stay resilient in the face of heat and humidity. EZ-ON masks resist collapse, holding out longer and allowing workers to use fewer masks, in turn lowering costs. Each mask has a soft, padded nose that is contour molded to keep its shape and hold the mask in place with no uncomfortable pressure points, and no metal noseband to pinch.
Moldex EZ-ON disposable respirators are NIOSH N95 approved to provide 95% efficiency in protecting against non oil based particulates.
Moldex EZ-ON Disposable Respirator Applications
Hot, humid, and dusty environments under 10 Xs PEL such as poultry and textiles, lime, buffing, polishing, underground mining, cement, metal machining, stone quarrying, bagging and sweeping, sanding, grinding, soldering, and brazing. Note: for use with non oil based particulates only.
Choosing N-, R-, or P-Series Particulate Respirators |

R Series |
P Series | About Efficiency
Filter efficiency shows how much filter leakage can be accepted. Higher efficiency means less leakage.
95%, 99%, and 99.97% are the most common filter efficiency ratings. |
Used in particulate environments free of oil aerosols. N-series filters cannot be used if oil particles are present. | Used for oil and non-oil particles with time use limitations specified by NIOSH. If oil particles (e.g., lubricants, cutting fluids, glycerine) are present, use an R- or P-series filter. | Used for oil and non-oil particples with time use limitations specified by manufacturer. If oil particles are present and the filter is to be used for more than one work shift, use only a P-series filter. |
