I have very dry ears, so I need a good lubricant to use on my earmolds. Oto-Ease does an excellent job of making it a pleasure to insert my earmolds, it also makes a nice seal on the molds to help them stay in place.

Works well on my custom formed ear plugs, makes insertion easy and improves the seal as well. Only need a small drop on each plug, then spread with a finger over the part that goes into the ear.
