I've been looking for these for a long time. I've gotten completely hooked on triple flange tips and tired of paying a LOT of money for earphones that come with them. I was hopeful that these would be the answer, but they really aren't. The molded piece is semi-rigid plastic, so it slides into the flanged tip really well. On the other hand, being semi-rigid, it doesn't grasp the earphone post very well, so it wobbles. NOT good. I'm sure that there is an answer, but I'm not an engineer.
