Returns Policy (Excluding Custom Made Products)
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund on the total product cost minus a 15% (of the total order amount) restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Products must be returned with original packaging in like-new condition to be eligible for return and refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Return Policy For Custom Made Products
Please note that due to the custom nature of these products, all orders placed will be non-refundable 14 days after the order date.
If you need to cancel your custom order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 8% of the total order amount. Additionally, if your custom product kit has already been shipped, you will be refunded the total amount you paid minus the cost of the kit and shipping ($30.00) and 8% of the total order amount.
Approved, usable impressions are required within 6 months of placing your order. Orders without received impressions within this timeframe will be automatically canceled. Impressions received after the 6-month period will require a new order to be placed.
New impression kits (including shipping) are available for $30. We recommend purchasing a kit beforehand to ensure you have the necessary materials to complete approved impressions within the allotted timeframe.
Impression kits for custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please note that all Express Mail orders will require a signature upon delivery. This is due to the inclusion of insurance on all Express Mail shipments, as per USPS regulations.
If you prefer to waive the signature requirement for orders under $50, please email us (info@earplugstore.com) after placing your order (include order number in your email) to let us know. We will gladly adjust your shipping settings accordingly.
Missing Item Claim Policy

Resolution:
- If the investigation confirms that an item was indeed missing, we will, at its discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:
- Ship the missing item(s) at no additional cost to the customer.
- Issue a refund for the missing item(s).
- Claims reported after the 14-day period may not be eligible for resolution.
- Ear Plug Super Store reserves the right to deny claims that are deemed fraudulent or unsubstantiated.
Exceptions:
- Ear Plug Super Store may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions to this policy in certain circumstances.
