I have used these ear plugs for over a year every day for sleep. I work two jobs and need to sleep during the afternoon to early evening. I cannot emphasize how these plugs are superb, offer the best resistance to sound, screaming children and what ever else in my condo near a family of 5 children. These are a great ear plug! I have tried many different kinds primarily for sleeping, including rating every plug from the variety pack from the Earplugstore, and these are the most consistently comfortable, easy to insert and have great noise reduction capabilities.

This is very good ear plugs. I can concentrate studying.

The bass is good noise isolation. Mid, treble nice to some extent.
