I bought these for noise reduction and they worked out well. I have found that other earbuds would not stay in my daughter's ears (6 years old) and kept popping out. These stayed on well! Please make sure you keep the hair away when putting them in though, they do stick to hair.

I am glad that I bought these as we have used them a number of times. They stay in my daughter's ears pretty well (and she is a very curious little 6 1/2 month old who is always turning her head to see what's going on around her). They do pick up dirt if they fall on the floor (and residue from my hands too), so I am glad that there are multiple pairs in the package.

My son is on his 4th set of tubes at 6 years old. We had the $150 custom made plugs for him after this set was put in in April, they still leaked. These go in and don't leak and he doesn't complain about them. They are great and affordable to replace.

We have twin two year olds that recently got tubes. These have been great for the bath and the pool. They stay in place and have kept out water. My girls don't complain and haven't pulled them out, so I would say they seem comfortable. I would recommend them.
