I use them daily. I have an ear that is sensitive to loud noises. These plugs reduce the shock to my ear without muffling all the other sounds. I don't go anywhere without them.

I bought a full tub of these Mack plugs and intended to use them for motorcycle riding. Unfortunately they don't seal in my ear canal well so I can't use them. Very disappointing.

I'm a music photographer and I pass these out at shows. They are great because of the baffle. They reduce the volume of the sound without making it a muffled mess. I would highly recommend them.
