So the whole reason I bought these was they are OSHA and NIOSH approved. I will say with the three choices of silicon inserts, you will find a pair that fits your ear canal. Not all ear canals are created equally in circumference, My right ear fits tight, but the left ear tends to loosen up more, not a deal breaker. I'm around large, loud machinery. motors, gearboxes, fans, crushers and they do in my opinion a darn good job as compared to my normal earplugs that I've worn for years. Adjusting the volume louder is easy with the tap of the bud, lowering the volume is a bit more frustrating. They do tell you if you were wearing them at a volume level that is not recommended, but volume only goes , I believe to 85 decibel which is the standard for all ear plugs. The only complaint I have is the left bud has a lower volume than the right. I thought it might be because my left ear is worse than my right, but I switched the buds and put the right in my left and I could than, barely hear the right. So, having said that, I've yet to contact the company about this issue, and once I do and hear back from them I will include their response in this review or create a new one. But so far, they are awesome. Battery life is excellent, Bluetooth pairing very easy, and best of all, I can listen to music while working and not afraid of hearing loss.

I needed to have bluetooth earplugs for a very noisy workplace. These work perfect. Amber is a very friendly, knowledgeable customer service rep.I'm in Canada, and they got here quicker than I expected, and at a good price.

I don’t own any other earbuds to compare these to but they sound great considering their size. I wear these as part of required double hearing protection, wearing over the ear protection as well. I believe they work as good as foam plugs when using largest size tapered plugs (included). They are super easy connect to my iPhone and don’t fight for control over other Bluetooth devices once disconnected.
