I purchased these earplugs for sleeping. Other earplugs are slightly better at noise reduction but are not as comfortable

These ear plugs are wonderful! I don't hear outside noises, my husband snoring or the telephone ringing. I wear them every night so I can get a good night sleep.

For 25 years I hadn't been able to sleep due to my husband's horrible snoring (just ask my kids who used to sleep in the rooms just down the hall with their and our door's closed). I tried every kind of ear plug I could find and finally stumbled on these about a year ago. What a MAJOR life changer. I actually get 8 hours of uninterupted sleep now! Ever hear about paybacks being hell? Well, my husband is retired now and I can't hear the phone, or alarm clock in the morning for work. So guess who takes care of that now!!!

I've tried them ALL out there. THANK GOD I finally found these. I couldn't sleep at night because of my husband's horrible, loud snoring. I really didn't want him to go sleep somewhere else - but it was to the point where I was getting 3 or 4 hours of sleep a night - not enough for me. These work so well I have to have him set his alarm and then wake me up to go to work. Too bad for him - he's retired and doesn't need the sleep!!!!

I've tried them all (speedo, tyr, etc.) and nothing comes even close to flents!
