Foam ear plugs must be rolled down between the thumb and forefinger into a tight cylinder before insertion into the ear. Flents ear plugs

I have been using these earplugs for years. My father introduced me to them they're better than anything out there. They do not cause any harm to your ears. I used to be able to buy them at my local Walmart they are no longer selling them there or anywhere else so I had to get them online and I'm fully satisfied.
