my work area is 97db, and the Isolate Pro ear plugs bring it down to safe levels, also the small profile of the stem/handle means it doesn't bother any of my ear piercings. I wish the tips came in xs for the isolate, as the smalls start to hurt after a while

Very disappointed in these, especially considering the cost. I wear them every day riding my motorcycle and am lucky to get a month of use before they come apart. I am very careful with them so that is not the issue.

The LARGE size is still slightly too small for my cavernous ear canal. I have to fuss with the depth and position to find an orientation that seals properly. Once it's dialed in, I love the level of protection and, more importantly, what it lets in. But I need an XL size. I hope they can do this in the future.

I need a Large size plug to fully seal out wind noise when riding my motorcycle. I tried both the medium and large tips and while both sealed, I settled on the large tip. The metal body does not bother me at all and makes it easier to remove and install. This finally settled my quest for a plug that would seal every time I installed them.
