E-A-R Classic PVC Foam Ear Plugs in Pillow Pack - Average (NRR 29)

I was never able to comfortably wear ear plugs that actually block out sound before these. A friend who is also a very light sleeper who travels a lot like me, had me try these and they worked! I have been wearing them ever since for the last 6 years nightly and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I know they are made for working with loud machines, but they work so well and I recommend them to everyone. Whether you’re sensitive to sound, can’t control the environment you’re meant to rest in (festivals, hostels, snoring), or just don’t want to use white noise every night to disturb your partner, try these out! They usually stay in all night.

I have recently been having trouble finding these in stores that used to carry them. Are they being discontinued? PLEASE NO!!!! They are the only earplugs that work for me. All the other foam ones just don't do the job. These are comfortable, stay in my ears and block all noise.

I have used the classic E.A.R. plug for many years and find them very comfortable and very successful in reducing industrial noise to an acceptable level.

These are the BEST. I use this barrel-type and have for years. I worried I wouldn't be able to find them, as most often I see the shaped softer, shiny foam ones, and they are too long for me, and hard to get in place. These foam one work perfectly for me to block sounds as I sleep. They don't stick out beyond my ear and get knocked out like the other ones, and are very easy to squish down to insert into place.

I need ear plugs for sleeping as I am a light sleeper. These help to block sounds like the air conditioner/heater running and chirping birds outside. I also wore this brand at a Coldplay concert (they actually were selling them at a concession for $1!) and it helped to reduce the overly loud music though it did distort and dull the sound a bit. These seem a little bit large for my ear canal since they slip out partway but others I have tried I don't like as much. These seem to block more sound. I would buy them again, just maybe a smaller size.

A godsend!! I haven't slept straight though the night in YEARS due to snoring, ringing phones and running feet...I work nights and its hard to sleep in in the mornings but with these ear plugs I hear NOTHING. I sleep so much better and feel better than I have in years!

I got these ear plugs from a hospital radiologist before getting an MRI done of my head. I get severe migraines and that, coupled with how very loud those MRI machines are, made those ear plugs feel like a Godsend for the moment. A few weeks later, I came across while I was mid-migraine and decided to use them since I had never used ear plugs during a migraine before, and I haven't used another pair of ear plugs since. They've been so heavily used at this point that they have a permanent contour to the shape of my ear canal - what a testament to a spectacular product!

THESE WORK GREAT FOR SLEEPING WITH MY HUSBANDS SNORING. VERY COMFORTABLE AND THEY STAY PUT. I WILL BE USING THEM ALSO FOR SWIMMING THIS SUMMER. HOPE THEY WORK AS WELL AS THEY DO FOR THE NOISE.
