These for me are the best earplugs going. They are easy to put in and work well and can be worn comfortably for ages. You cannot get a better dB loss.

I bought many different types of ear plugs, eventually I have to come back to this one.This is the best, I can easily push it in and pull it out, without hurting my ears. Even my children can do it. I have never used it for swimming but studying. It is really great for study, library, cafe, train, airplane, of course, in the final exam, I can't perform final exam without it.
