Perfect-Fit Custom Flying Ear Plugs are made specifically for regulating pressure and blocking noise while flying, using the Hocks Noise Braker Filters. The Hocks Noise Braker acoustic filters protect you against excessive noise on the plane, but still let you converse freely with fellow passengers and flight attendants. The filters also regulate the movement of air out of the ear during takeoff, and into the ear during descent, to reduce the often painful effects of rapid pressure changes that occur during airplane travel. By regulating the flow of air in the outer ear, the inner ear has more time to adjust, and the pain and pressure accompanying altitude changes are greatly reduced for most people.
The ear plugs are made of OtoBlast Silicone Material, and are fitted with Hocks Noise Braker filters (NRR 21.) With the convertible option, a "pop plug" cord is provided that can be moved from the regular cord connection locations to form a stopper over each sound channel, raising the NRR to 28 for times when you want maximum noise protection. When you need less sound attenuation, simply move the pop plug connectors back to their fixed locations, returning your Flying ear plugs to an NRR 21.
